The Visual Collaboration System is designed to scale with your company. Each server comes equipped with 5 meeting rooms with each room holding up to 100 participants. Administrators can set the level of users within a meeting to maintain performance depending on your network.

Multiple Visual Collaboration System appliances can be combined to form a 'Meeting Room Community' to extend the number of meeting rooms or users per room. For example, combining two servers into a community will provide 10 meeting rooms instead of 5 and will allow for more users per room.

The Visual Collaboration System can easily integrate with you existing infrastructure by surrounding and extending your current environment. If you have a corporate portal infrastructure, the Visual Collaboration System can be displayed via portlets for meeting scheduling and personalized meeting lists.

The Visual Collaboration System also supports the ICAL standard for calendaring.
The VCS system includes a rich application programming interface (API) that makes custom integration of VCS features into your existing enterprise solutions a snap.
