Gal Peleg

Gal joins Brightcom with more than 10 years of experience in financial management and accounting at startups and high-tech multinationals, including public companies listed on the TASE, NASDAQ, AIM and OTC. As a CPA, some of his previous roles include serving as a CFO at both Jinni Media and Life Wave and working in the audit department at Ernst & Young. Over the years, he has worked closely with numerous CEOs, boards of directors and shareholders and has acquired expertise in the following areas: cash flow, budget and control, transfer pricing, SOX, banking, payroll and insurance, Israeli and US taxation, and preparing reports to the OCS and various authorities.
